"When I look at it now, it tells a different story. It feels more confident and sure to me. It better portrays the central image...It’s a long story to say this, but It’s my way of saying that I’m not afraid to speak about what went on..."

This painting captures a period of time where i experienced Homelessness, along with an array of different issues. It was the conclusion to a longstanding problem in my life... I tell this story not just as a means to speak about my past, but as a way to show the light at that lays at the end of each tunnel, regardless of how dark it might be.
