"Has this all been promised to me since I was a kid… or was there a path that I went down that brought me towards all this?"

I spent a lot of time reflecting while creating this painting... It came together during a time when my long awaited realization failed to bring me comfort. Years of thinking and wondering were realized, and took shape as something i could understand, but that didn't mean that i'd be happy with what it all meant.
